A Perfect Escape at Kur Resort Lanka I spent just 8 days at Kur Resort Lanka am See and it was absolutely amazing. From the moment I arrived, I felt deeply cared for. The two doctors take care about your health and develop a unique treatment plan for you. The peaceful setting by the lake, the lush gardens, and the calming energy of the place created the perfect environment to recharge. The Ayurvedic treatments were incredibly well-executed and the therapists were knowledgeable and kind. The food was fresh, healthy, and full of flavor every meal felt like a gift. In addition they offer cooking classes, which is fun. The staff was always attentive, warm, and welcoming. In such a short time, I found clarity, rest, and a real sense of balance. I can’t wait to return. Despite the fact the location is not at the beach, they offer a free shuttle service to Bentota Beach.

If you are looking for real ayurveda in Sri Lanka in a quiet, beautiful place with absolutely professional services, Kur resort is the perfect place. Can't fault anything, thank you for the luxurious care, access, accommodation, food, medical care. I felt like a queen thanks to the whole team. I stayed for six days and felt very good afterwards, with significant change in energy and wellbeing. Im very positive about the way the Ayurveda doctor is involved in the whole treatment process. This was my fourth experience of a Ayurveda retreat (all different places) never experienced the close involvement of the doctor like this. The team of doctors and therapist are all good, professional, committed lovely people working together as a team. Like the rest of the staff. Service high standard, the room is clean and comfortable. I enjoyed all the food, it is tasty and a good variety. They made sure everything was at my satisfaction. Thr view is awesome and trees/ flowers are well kept and carefully managed. The amenities in the bathroom can be a little bit better. As in soap and showercream. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants to go for Ayurveda treatment and most likely will be back myself.

We stayed one week at this hotel for an Ayurveda treatment. The stay was perfect for relaxing in a unique location, in front of a lake. Dr Tharanga and Dr Priya took personal care of us and personalized our treatments. Both doctors are professionals and took the time to understand our needs. After one week, the results were outstanding, and thus, it is certain we will come back for two weeks. The rooms were comfortable, with all the necessary equipment and a beautiful view. The food was excellent as it was varied and healthy (lots of vegetables). The director of the hotel and staff were adorable and always available to the client's needs. Shyamalie & Eric
