Very professional ayurvedic institution. I have been staying 28 days at Dheemahi Ayurvedic Village in Kumarakom and I’am very satisfied with my stay. First, they have an exceptional fair tarif politic that means there ist no risk at all with booking since you pay on the second day of arrival. They do not demand any advance payment. Furthermore I really like their case management which ist really professional. They do not provide „one fits all“ programs yet they are tailoring the treatment for each patient according to their needs. The whole team of doctors and therapists are communicating with each other to create and update therapie plans according to the needs of each guest. Every evening they meet in the consultation area to discuss the schedule for each patient for the next day. The junior doctors daily evaluate the progress and changes of patients health concerns according to the documentation of the initial anamnesis and controll the blood pressure as well. In case of any need of important laboratory diagnostic, they will arrange this too. There was also a regulary meet up with Dr. Namitha, who ist one of the head doctors in the center in order to evaluate whether the therapie plan ist still meeting the needs. The amount of therapies was quite large, mostly to hours or even more a day. The therapists were really friendly, caring and very much committed to their work. Especially on days with challenging treatments such as virechama the doctors toke much care on me and called me several times a day to make sure that I’am ok. The therapists looked for me several times a day as well. I also liked the yoga that resulted in more flexibility of my body. Yoga class take place two times a day which ist very beneficial. The food was really nice and the kitchen staff ist so nice with always a smile on their face. The rooms were very clean and comfortable and the housekeeping staff cleaned it every second day and put on fresh bedsheeds. The pool was very nice and the surroundings are very beautyful for small walks during the resting time. It is very helpful that Dheemahi provides a lot of informations and explanation videos about the treatments on their website. Whenever there was any need or query, the staff imediately did everything to solve it. This was exceptional. As one has any complaint he or she just should talk to the people and will get support and solutions imediately. As a conclusion I can highly recommend Dheemahi Ayurvedic Village and I’am sure I will get back for treatments to maintain my improvements.

This is an amazing place for healing and overall wellness. I had been diagnosed with pedal and pulmonary edema (swelling due to fluid retention in the body, especially legs) almost 2 years back and had tried allopathic treatment for a long while. Although allopathic treatment was good but it was limited and did not treat my whole body. I took a chance and came to Dheemahi village during the monsoon of June 2025 and I was fascinated by the change in my body and overall wellness. The problem is not yet fully solved but i am confident that the momentum that has been created in the 15 days I stayed at the village will continue with the discharge medicines and advise given to me and eventually I will get rid of my problem. A big shoutout to the doctors who regularly monitored my progress - Dr Namitha, Dr Devika and Dr Alsabah and gave targeted, specific treatments for my specific problem. Big shoutout to the therapists Sreekanth and Majo who gave me amazing, strong massages and the entire kitchen staff for preparing lovely satvic , authentic Keralite food. Not to forget the house-keeping cleaning ladies and the medicine girls who gave me medicines every morning and evening. Everyone I interacted with was helpful in their own way to make my experience of 15 days wonderful. The saline swimming pool was also helpful in my overall recovery. Highly recommended if you want to to give the ancient science of Ayurveda a chance!

Highly recommend Dheemahi. It was a life changing experience for me. Dr. Namitha was my physician, extremely kind and a patient lady. She was always available to answer any questions. Dr. Jayakrishna ensures every thing is run smoothly in the resort and is always available via whats app. My therapists were amazing and one of the best massages,I ever had. I encourage everyone to go through pancha karma. Location is beautiful, rooms are very clean and housekeeping staff are always available to clean the room. I am eager to continue what I learnt in the past 21 days during my stay and plan to go back every year.

Program Details
- The Ayurvedic Treatment Packages include Consultation with the Ayurvedic doctor and daily check-ups and Accommodation.

Pre-Arrival Guidelines
- You are requested to produce the following information along with the health declaration form:
- Recent medical history for each guest
- Valid ID and address proof
- Carry breathable and flexible clothes for Yoga
ID Card Type
- Indian nationals are requested to provide photo identity proof in the form of a driver’s license, voter’s ID, or passport. This is mandatory for completing the registration process at the time of check-in.
- Foreign nationals are requested to produce their passport with a valid entry visa. For those on employment or permanent residence, passports must include a residential permit.

Pets are not allowed in the retreat.
Visitors Policy
Right to admission of visitors into the retreat premises and guest areas remain solely with the management.
Alcohol Policy
Alcohol, smoking, and tobacco chewing are not permitted during your Ayurveda program and is strictly prohibited across the Centre premises.
Cancellation Policy
- Full refund after deduction of Payment Gateway Service Charges if there is more than 30 days to check-in date.
- No refund if there is less than 30 days to check-in date.
